Who have you invited in your life this year? I see a long queue of people coming into your life and it seems as if you not even checking if they are on the list of people that are supposed to be part of your life this year. When people come to a party or a wedding they carry gifts, there is something they bring for you. What are these people queuing to be part of your life bringing to your life? What value are they adding to your life?

Take a moment to look at the dress code of those around you. These individuals have shown respect by dressing appropriately for your party. But let me ask you, are these the type of people you want to surround yourself with? Do they truly value and respect who you are as a person? Did they receive an invitation to be a part of your life, or are they trying to sneak in uninvited? While they may consider themselves your friends, do they truly value your friendship? Think about the times they have arrived late or failed to support you when you needed them the most. It’s time to reevaluate who you allow into your inner circle and surround yourself with those who truly appreciate and value you.

Don’t allow someone who wasn’t meant to be a part of your life to break your heart. Your strength lies in your kindness and forgiveness, but it’s also important to stand up for yourself. It’s better to be alone than to surround yourself with those who don’t value and appreciate you. Remember, you hold the power to determine who gets a seat at your table.
