100 Days of Transformation
Day 47 – “YOU NEED A NOTEBOOK, A PEN, A RULER AND A RUBBER”
Welcome to another day that has the potential to bring change in your life. Remember to read this message out loud and read only this message for the day. You inspire for you to be inspired.
Remember: #ItsPossibleBecauseItsDoable
If you’re reading this, you’ve made it through the week – congratulations! To help you start next week strong, survive the week, and the month, here are four items I would like you to use moving forward:
1. A Notebook
Your life is like a blank notebook – it is up to you to write on it. It is up to you to create and shape your life tomorrow or next week. The key is not letting anyone else write your life story for you – make sure the pen is in your hand. It is time to make tomorrow, next week or next month full of accomplishment and personal growth. You are the notebook, be in charge of it.
2. A Pen/Pencil
A pen or pencil symbolizes your thought process. Writing is an essential tool for any endeavour in life. You have the power to create success or failure through your writing. What you choose to write has a powerful potential to bring about positive or negative change. As we embark on a new day, week, or month, I urge you to forget what you wrote yesterday, last week or last month. Now is the perfect time to seize the opportunity to start anew.
3. A Rubber
As I indicated earlier, a new notebook signifies a fresh start. I want you to erase any difficulties, problems, frustrations or challenges you faced yesterday, last week or last month and move forward with a renewed energy and outlook. The rubber symbolizes the second chances life provides us with, and while we may still make mistakes tomorrow, next week or next month, the rubber signifies that we always have the opportunity to rectify them.
4. A Ruler
A ruler symbolizes our higher power–God. It is important to remember that when we feel stuck and uncertain, we can seek guidance from a higher source. Tomorrow, next week or next month, seek guidance from God for any situation that does not seem to be progressing. Our creator is the ultimate guide, and we rely on His wisdom to put us on the right path. Use him as your ruler to help you stay on course.
Plan of Action for the Day:
1. Write down your goals for tomorrow, next week and next month.
2. Start every day with writing in your notebook to reflect on your progress and stay mindful of the direction you are going.
3. Make sure to write down actionable tasks to make progress towards your goals.
4. Dedicate time every day to track and record your progress to ensure you are moving in the right direction.
5. Utilize your pen as a tool to help brainstorm ideas that will help you further your goals.
6. Use the rubber to erase anything in the past that is blocking you from your current progress.
7. Seek counsel from God in any situation that makes you feel stuck or uncertain.
8. Consolidate all of your efforts into your notebook to ensure you have a single document of reference.
9. Continue to monitor your progress and adjust your plan of action accordingly.
10. Celebrate your successes along the way and stay motivated to continue on the journey!
