Day 38 – “YOU CAN STILL FALL IN LOVE AGAIN”
Welcome to a day that has a potential to bring change in your life. Remember to read this message out loud and read only this message for the day. You inspire for you to be inspired.
Remember: #ItsPossibleBecauseItsDoable
It is possible to find love again, even after many struggles. Loving is not always an easy task, and it often requires perseverance and dedication. Jesus exemplifies this, even though he was willing to leave his throne to save us, at some point he wished he did not have to die on the cross. When you love, you must be prepared to do anything for the sake of love.
You may be wondering how it is possible to fall in love again after so much pain and disappointment. How do you move on after trusting and being betrayed? Or how do you look past those who show no love? It can be difficult to try again after being dumped by those who you thought could help you.
It may be hard and even scary to try again, but here is a formula that could potentially change your experience of love: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs”. So, if you may be wondering if it is possible to love again, the answer is yes!
Look back and reflect on how you may contribute to the negative cycles around you. Apply the above formula and open yourself up to the potential of loving and being loved. Through this, you can feel happiness and joy once again. Remember, God is the source of all love, and without His love, we cannot truly understand the power of it. Allow Him to fill the empty spaces in your heart.
Plan of Action:
1. Reflect on the times when you may have contributed to negative cycles of love.
2. Understand and commit to the formula for love: patient, kind, not envious, not boastful, not proud, not dishonour, not self-seeking, not easily angered, not keep a record of wrongs.
3. Pray and ask God to fill the empty spaces in your heart with His love.
4. Open yourself up to the possibility of becoming vulnerable and trusting someone with your love and heart.
5. Take time to process your past experience to ensure you don’t bring any negative baggage to your new relationship.
6. Choose wisely when deciding who to love, as there are so many distractions out there.
7. When you find the person to love, be supportive, understanding and patient.
8. Give your new partner room for growth and development, and respect their autonomy.
9. Do not give up your own personal interests and goals.
10. Enjoy the journey and be proud of the journey of self-love.
